Terms of Service — Etail Hero Data Intelligence

1. The Platform. A weekly business review dashboard that reads a client’s Amazon selling and advertising data with the client’s authorization and presents it to the client’s team and its Etail Hero account manager.
2. Accounts. Clients decide who may use the Platform. Users keep their sign-in credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
3. Amazon accounts. The client authorizes access through Amazon’s consent process and may revoke it at any time. Amazon’s own terms govern the client’s Amazon accounts. Etail Hero LLC is independent of Amazon.
4. Client data. Data read from Amazon and files uploaded by the client belong to the client. We use them only to provide the service, keep them for at most 18 months, and delete them within 30 days after the client revokes access or the contract ends, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use. The Platform may not be used to break the law, to access another client’s data, or to interfere with the service.
6. Fees. Fees are quote-based and set out in the client’s offer or service agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, we invoice monthly in advance, payable within 15 days.
7. Term and termination. Either party may end the service with 30 days’ written notice. We may suspend access immediately on a security risk or a material breach that is not cured within 15 days of notice.
8. Warranty and liability. The Platform is provided as is; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and figures depend on the data Amazon provides. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes. We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice on this page.
10. Law. Texas law applies; courts in Travis County, Texas have jurisdiction.
