Etail Hero Data Intelligence
A weekly business review dashboard for Amazon sellers and vendors, built and operated by Etail Hero LLC in Austin, Texas. It runs at app.etailhero.com.
What it does
- Sales and traffic Shipped revenue, units, sessions, page views and conversion by product and week.
- Inventory and forecast On-hand and inbound stock, days of supply, Amazon’s demand forecast.
- Profitability Fees, settlements and net margin by product.
- Catalog and listings ASIN, title, brand and listing status used to group the numbers.
- Brand Analytics Search Query Performance to see how shoppers find your products.
- Advertising Sponsored Products, Brands and Display performance, once your Amazon Ads account is connected.
- Weekly review A one-page summary of the week for the brand team and its Etail Hero account manager, with optional file uploads for data that is not in the Amazon reports.
How it accesses your Amazon account
Access is read-only. The platform never changes listings, prices, campaigns or inventory.
Your account manager starts the connection from the platform; you approve it on Amazon’s own consent page while signed in to Seller Central or Vendor Central. Etail Hero never sees your Amazon password. The permissions requested are the Selling Partner API roles Brand Analytics, Selling Partner Insights, Product Listing, Pricing, Inventory and Order Tracking, Amazon Fulfillment and Finance and Accounting. No role that exposes buyer personal data is requested.
You can revoke access at any time in Seller Central or Vendor Central under Manage your apps, or by emailing us. We then stop reading data and delete it within 30 days.
How your data is protected
Amazon data is transferred over TLS 1.2 or higher, stored on servers in Germany with encrypted backups in Finland, and the authorization token is encrypted with a key kept outside the database. Access is limited to named staff by role. Data is kept for at most 18 months. Details: Privacy Policy.
Pricing
Pricing is quote-based. It depends on the number of Amazon accounts, marketplaces and data sources connected and on whether an Etail Hero account manager runs the weekly review with you. Two typical setups:
- One vendor account, US marketplace, weekly review by the brand’s own team.
- Three seller accounts plus Amazon Ads, weekly review together with an Etail Hero account manager.
